 Our Terms of Service

If you have any questions about the terms of service please do not hesitate to contact The Web Gym.

Before I start work on your project:

• You will not be asked to make any payments during the this phase.
• You’ll  be provided with a FREE initial consultation to discuss your project needs.
• Finally, you will then be provided with a full project brief and quote before making any payments.

Payments and Project Milestones

• You will be asked to pay a 50% deposit before any work starts.
• You may be provided with a set of project milestones, a payment is due at each of these milestones.
• Once you have approved a milestone you then make a payment to me, this is an agreement on your part that the work carried out up to that milestone is satisfactory.

Satisfaction Guarantee

You will always be provided with the highest quality professional service. My satisfaction guarantee means that from the moment you approve your final website you will be covered for full support for 30 days. This includes the fixing of any bugs or errors that may occur during that time.

You are also covered for refunds under my satisfaction guarantee.  As you only pay for work once you have approved a milestone, refunds are not typically required, however if you are unhappy with the service you are being offered or the project is significantly off schedule I will be happy to provide a refund to the last milestone.

If for any reason The Web Gym cannot complete your project you will be awarded a 100% refund. 

There are limited revisions to the satisfaction guarantee. The Web Gym will work on up to 5 revision of your design or development and if you are still not happy I will refund you your last paid milestone at my discretion (typically up to 25% of the project value)

Maintenance

I am available to maintain your website for you should you wish to take up a maintenance contract. Maintenance contracts will be billed at an agreed hourly, weekly or monthly rate.

Any advice I give you, which you act upon, is believed by me to improve your current business position. I will not be held responsible for any negative effects caused by acting upon the advice I offer.
